Do I need an appointment?
Special occasion and prom do NOT need an appointment to shop our collections though they are encouraged.
Bridal and wedding DO need an appointment to shop our collections. We want to make sure we have a room and stylist available to give you their undivided attention.
Do you sell or Accept used gowns?
No. All of our gowns are new and have never been worn. Because we sell gowns off the rack, all of the gowns in store have been tried on but they have not been worn outside the store or altered.
We do not accept or sell used or consignment gowns.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
No. We do not offer returns or exchanges. This policy is to protect our customers and our merchandise. All sales are final.
CAn I PUt a gown on hold or make payments?
Yes. We offer holds until the end of the business day.
We require a $75 non-refundable down payment in order to set up a payment plan. All purchases must be paid in full in order to take them home. If no payment is made on a purchase for 60 days, all paid funds are forfeited and the item(s) will be returned to the sales floor.
It is the off-season and the store is closed. How can I reach the JSK PROM and Bridal Team?
From May - October, we are open one weekend a month. Our off-season hours are posted on our website and at the store. Appointments for our open weekends can be made on our website. If you need to reach our team outside of these hours or for another reason, email us at jskprom@gmail.com. A team member will reach out within 48 hours.
